By accessing or using PropVPS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

PropVPS provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services optimized for prop trading and algorithmic trading applications. Our services include server provisioning, management, and technical support.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
Not use our services for illegal activities
Not attempt to disrupt or compromise our infrastructure

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy.

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for all services. In the event of service disruptions beyond our control, we will work to restore services as quickly as possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

PropVPS is not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. Upon termination, access to services will be revoked and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
